Shipping Surcharge for EU-Regulated Destinations
Due to the EU customs reform effective July 1, 2026, certain orders shipped to EU-regulated destinations may be subject to additional customs duties and compliance-related handling costs. To help cover these required customs-related costs, orders over USD 20 shipped to applicable EU-regulated destinations will include a USD 3.50 shipping surcharge at checkout.
For all other eligible regions, Gonex will continue to offer free shipping on orders over USD 20. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities remain subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
