Wholesale, Bulk & B2B Order Policy
Wholesale, bulk, B2B, business procurement, reseller, distributor, corporate, group-purchase, special-quote, or manually negotiated orders are considered non-retail orders.
Non-retail orders are not eligible for standard retail discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, cashback, affiliate commissions, referral rewards, browser-extension rebates, or any other commission-based incentives, unless otherwise expressly approved by Gonex in writing before the order is placed.
This policy applies regardless of whether the order is placed directly through GonexSport.com, through a draft order, through a manually created invoice, through a special payment link, or through any other checkout method.
If a wholesale, bulk, or B2B order is tracked by an affiliate network, cashback platform, coupon site, browser extension, or third-party marketing partner, Gonex reserves the right to decline, reverse, cancel, or adjust any related discount, cashback, commission, or rebate.
Any special pricing, discount, shipping arrangement, or order term for wholesale or B2B purchases must be confirmed in writing by Gonex before the order is placed. Gonex reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether an order qualifies as a wholesale, bulk, B2B, reseller, distributor, or special-quote order.

Wholesale FAQs
Do you accept wholesale orders or requests from government and non-profit organizations?
Yes, we welcome orders from a variety of organizations, including travel agencies, hotels, clubs, corporate clients, local retail stores, local dealers, charitable organizations, military, and government agencies.
Do you cover shipping fees for wholesale orders?
For most wholesale orders, we cover all or the majority of the shipping fees. However, for overweight packages or deliveries to remote areas, additional fees may apply. We reserve the right to explain these exceptions.
Do you support custom logos on the bags?
Yes, we do offer logo customization, but please note that this requires a higher order volume to meet production requirements.
What payment methods are available for bulk purchases?
We support multiple payment methods such as Credit Card, PayPal, ACH, Wire Transfer, Invoice Payment Link, etc.
