Main Muscle: Traps
1. Stand on the base with your hands holding the handles beside the body naturally.
2. Keep your arms straight and shrug your shoulders as high as possible, pulling the handles upwards.
3. Slowly lower the handles to the starting position and repeat the movement.
Keep your body stationary and back straight during the movement.
