1. Position yourself on four supports. Attach a ankle strap to one foot and hold the handle with the opposite hand.
2. Stretch the leg and arm until parallel to the trunk.
3. Lower down to the starting position.
Keep the waists in line with the trunk and the abdomen contracted.
