Action Instructions
1. Stand on the base with knees semi-bent and trunk tilted forward. Hold the bar right under the shoulders at almost knee-height.
2. Pull the bar back to the abdomen through flexing the arms.
3. Lower the bar to the starting position and repeat the movement.
Move only your arms. Keep your waist straight and arms beside the trunk.
